I don’t know about you, but I do my best work in a clean, organized, and well-lit space. It feels fresh, and serene. My focus is amplified, and I feel productive and at peace, even if I’m just sitting back to read a book, or playing on the ground with my son.

It can take some time to create such a space, especially when most of us lead lives that require a smart phone just to keep track of all the little details!  Sometimes, it’s nice to have a little help.

Ever since I was a kid, making orderly and beautiful spaces has been something that I not only find essential, but something that brings me a great deal of joy!  Seeeeriously: At least every one or two months I would rearrange my whole room, bringing a great deal of dusty havoc, and moving-large-furniture-by-my-self-kind-of-noise into the top left corner of my family’s home.  Ohhh, my patient parents…

But thank goodness for their virtuousness, for all that bumping around gave me a great deal of practice throughout my first decade of life.  I got pretty quick at reworking, refreshing or just reorienting pieces to create a whole new aesthetic.  And since then, I’ve expanded that practice to incorporate new pieces — innovative and approachable elements — thus bringing about truly creative, functional, and refreshed environments.

This process has become a way of envisioning and interacting with the world for me; it would bring me as much joy to bring such refreshment to your space as it does to apply it in my own.

Whether looking to bring some order to those pesky pots and pans drawers, to finally eliminate the ever-present junk drawer, to make better use of your family room’s space, or to prepare your house for a new addition, I’m there for ya.

Qualifications:

I hold a BS in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University.  I am a trained birth doula through DONA International.  And, I am currently in my first year of graduate school, training in Interior Architecture & Design.
